Inventory Specialist

Job Description

This is an hourly position. Wage is determined by experience. The Inventory Specialist is primarily responsible for receiving shipments, RMA duties, ordering, maintaining the inventory database, and providing reports to management. Other duties may include stocking installation vehicles, eBay sales, and delivering customer equipment.

Customer Service Representative

Job Description

This position is currently part time. Sunday and evening availability is preferred. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing our client's customers with a world class experience. A CSR interacts with customers over the phone, via email and in person. Versatility is a must as CSRs handle sales, billing, and technical support calls. Paid training is provided.
